Desperately seeking performance in organizations
The key challenge of modern organizations is to define, increase, measure performances in the globalized world where they have to compete in dynamic and challenging environments.
This challenge cuts across all organizations - private and public -, states and communities that define the new laboratory for critical research on the dynamics of organization studies in a globalised world, raising theoretical and practical concerns at different levels of analysis. The aim of WOA 2012 is to cultivate this laboratory by calling for original, unpublished research and research-in-progress papers and panel proposals in all areas of organization studies and performances.
